Retreats at Little Portuguese Farm are built around the season and a theme — grief, trust, stress, connection, or the gentle art of slowing down. Each one includes Kundalini yoga, guided time in nature, a farm lunch made from what’s growing, and a closing ceremony.

No, there is currently no waiting list for one-on-one coaching.

We aim to keep our retreat and A day on the Farm groups small and intimate so be sure to book your spot in advance.

For the 1:1 coaching package it is possible to pay in 3 installments.

Yes! There is a bus that stops right in the village, on our street. The bus number varies depending on whether you take the train to Cascais or Sintra station. Get in touch and we’ll send you the details for your journey.
