Where nature restores people. And people restore the planet
A global movement with local roots
Little Regenerative Farms is a growing network of regenerative farms and landowners that offer nature-based coaching, garden therapy, regenerative leadership programmes, and community retreats — fully outdoors, seasonally rooted, and deeply human.
A new kind of healing space
What if your farm could do more…for people, for the planet, and for your own financial sustainability? Little Regenerative Farms invites farmers and landowners to add nature coaching, day retreats and healing programmes to their existing activities. You strengthen your income. You help people and land heal. And you become part of something much larger than your own farm.
Little Regenerative Farms began in The Netherlands and Portugal. It is growing. Each farm is independent, locally shaped, and part of something much larger than itself.
Together, we demonstrate — one farm at a time — that a different relationship with land, people, and work is not only possible. It is already happening.
Each farm has its own character, but connected by shared values: permaculture principles, organic food grown on-site, and the conviction that nature is the most powerful co-facilitator available to any coach or therapist.
We work with individuals navigating burnout, grief, or transition; with leaders and teams seeking a new paradigm of leadership; together with health professionals on nature prescriptions for adults and children with stress, depression, anxiety and ADHD.
Kim Taylor
Little Dutch Farm – The Netherlands
With 19 years of leadership experience in sustainability start-ups and scale-ups, Kim knows firsthand what burnout costs — and what nature can restore. After her own recovery through the land, she retrained as a nature coach and garden therapist, and built Little Dutch Farm in North Holland into a thriving practice offering 1:1 coaching, regenerative leadership programmes, garden therapy for vulnerable groups, and nature prescriptions for children. Little Regenerative Farms grew from her conviction that this model should not stay small.
Thalita van Ogtrop
Little Portuguese Farm – Portugal
With over 15 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, Thalita brings a unique blend of business, sustainability, and human transformation to her work. As owner of Little Portuguese Farm, she weaves together leadership, conscious living, and deep connection to nature.
Thalita’s journey into nature-based coaching is deeply personal. After years of building companies and driving impact in the sustainability space, she felt the call to slow down, reconnect, and live more in tune with natural rhythms currently from her little farm in Portugal.
Kim and Thalita believe that reconnecting with nature is essential not only for our well-being, but for creating a more sustainable and conscious world.
And together, they are building a local movement which has the potential to create a large global ripple effect: Little Regenerative Farms.
You bring the land, the heart, and the intention. We bring everything else: an academy of trainings for nature coaching, nature prescriptions, garden therapy and regenerative leadership, the proven business model, the brand, the website, and the marketing playbook. So you can focus on what only you can do: creating a living, healing space.
Our license gives independent farm owners and nature practitioners the tools and community of a larger movement, while remaining fully rooted in their own place and people.
The academy starts in October 2026.
A combination of online and offline sessions spread over 3 months.

For people with a farm or a piece of land, and a calling
You don’t need to run a large agricultural operation. You need a patch of land, a genuine love of nature, and a desire to help people grow — professionally and as human beings.
Our network is built by and for people who sense that healing and leadership development and ecological restoration are not three separate things — but one.
Nature restores people. And people restore the planet
We are living through two crises that we keep treating as separate.
A planetary crisis. And a mental health crisis.
Burnout rates are rising. Anxiety and depression are at record levels. Waiting lists for mental health care are overwhelming the systems designed to hold people.
And at the same time, ecosystems are collapsing, biodiversity is disappearing, and the climate is sending signals we can no longer ignore.
We pour enormous resources into treating both — new therapies, new technologies, new policy frameworks, new targets. And yet the underlying numbers keep moving in the wrong direction.
Because we are treating symptoms. Not the cause.
The cause — and this is where the science and the wisdom converge — is disconnection.
From each other, yes. But most fundamentally, from nature. From the living systems we are part of, depend on, and have spent the last century learning to extract from rather than belong to.
We built economic systems that treat the earth as a resource. We built healthcare systems that treat people as problems to be solved. And in doing so, we created a world that depletes both — people and planet — simultaneously.
Little Regenerative Farms exists because we believe there is another way.
And it begins, quite literally, in the soil.
