Following the succesful start of our first cohort. In September 2026, a second cohort of visionary leaders will gather on a regenerative farm to step into a new paradigm of leadership—one that is grounded, conscious, connected, and deeply attuned to the living systems we are part of.

This year-long program invites you into eight immersive modules that follow the natural seasons. Together, they create a powerful arc of inner development, systems thinking, personal evolution, and real-world application.

Every module takes place at a regenerative location max 35 mins from Amsterdam, with time around the campfire, in the orchard, in the field, and on the land. Nature is not a backdrop. Nature is your co-facilitator.
Rosalie Puiman

For over 20 years, Rosalie has coached global executives, founders, and innovators. Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity with maturity and presence, and lead from their inner authority rather than from fear or outdated identity patterns. She integrates strategic clarity with deep inner work—empowering leaders to step into their true voice and aligned decision-making. Rosalie is also an experienced Theory U facilitator.
Kim Taylor
Founder of Little Dutch Farm • Nature coach • Garden therapist • Former cleantech leader
Kim embodies regenerative leadership—both literally and symbolically. Living and working on a regenerative farm, she guides individuals and teams into embodied presence, intuition, and nature-based leadership practices.
With 19 years of leadership experience in fast-growing, mission-driven companies, she deeply understands the pressure leaders face. Her work reconnects people with groundedness, wellbeing, and inner clarity—an essential foundation for authentic, life-affirming leadership.
Together, Kim and Rosalie bring a rare combination: deep regenerative practice, global leadership expertise, somatic wisdom, and transformational coaching.

Module 2 — Leading in Ever-Changing Systems – Friday 2nd October 2026
Develop the confidence to lead in uncertainty by understanding organisations as living systems that require adaptability, responsiveness, and emergence.
Module 3 — Relational & Collaborative Leadership – Friday 6th November 2026
Shift from individual hero leadership to shared, networked leadership rooted in trust, collaboration, and collective resilience.
Module 4 — Diversity, Tension & Creative Synergy – Friday 8th January 2027
Learn to work constructively with difference, tension, and multiple perspectives to unlock innovation and inclusive decision-making.
Module 5 — Healthy energy flows & Cyclic Ways of Working – Friday 5th February 2027
Discover how working with natural rhythms of action, rest, and renewal creates sustainable performance, improved communication and prevents burnout.
Module 6 — Systemic Awareness & Integrated Leadership – Friday 5th March 2027
